Dentro del campo de la psicología laboral y organizacional, me dedico al abordaje de la relación entre las personas y el trabajo, analizando cómo las condiciones laborales, las exigencias del puesto, la organización del trabajo y los acontecimientos laborales impactan en el funcionamiento psíquico, el desempeño y el bienestar subjetivo.

La intervención se orienta al análisis de los factores psicológicos involucrados en el trabajo, la adaptación al rol laboral, el estrés ocupacional, los riesgos psicosociales y las dificultades que pueden surgir en el vínculo entre el trabajador y su contexto laboral.
